The creative spirit behind The Parish Pastry Club lives in the Far North. Kanelbullar (Cinnamon Knots) from Sweden, Skolebrød (Cardamom Buns with Coconut and Custard) from Norway, Banketletter (S-shaped Puff Pastries with Sweet Almond filling) from regional neighbor, Netherlands. These heritage bakes represent a collective hunger for simplicity, community, and warmth. In a time of hyper-isolation and digital slag, we hope to bring people together with dough, spices, and shared joy.
